Jennifer & Bill's Piedmont Park Love Story

Last weekend I had the privilege of meeting up with Bill and Jennifer downtown at Bill's condo for their engagement session.  We took a few pictures around the building than walked over to Piedmont Park to take pictures at the park bench where Bill popped the question! It was a humid evening in Atlanta but we still had fun taking some great shots of this awesome couple! Can't wait for their July wedding - it is going to be awesome!!

I've been dying to share this beautiful, fun engagement session with y'all but it's been a little busy over here with all the weddings, sessions, and studio prepping!!! But the Bride-to-Be has been wanting to share it too - so here you go Samantha!!You could not be any more gorgeous in your little white sundress! Jessica & Nathan's McGarity House Wedding ~ Temple Wedding Photography

Jessica and Nathan booked me as their photographer in 2010. However, it was three wedding dates, two years of planning, and 1 deployment later that they finally found themselves married. It is the sacrifice that every military family knows to well. The day of the wedding, Jessica was running 30 minutes behind and I was starting to get worried about the schedule. When I finally see Jessica walking up to the McGarity house behind her is Nathan carrying her dress. I can honestly say I've never seen the bride and groom arrive on wedding day together but it dictated the rest of the days events- calm and relaxed. By this time, they had waited so long that all they wanted to be is married and that they are....

Jessica and Nathan's dessert bar was made of yummy homemade desserts!

Their guestbook was a Braves Shirt with their last name and year on it. She found the idea on Pinterest.

Leah & Zack's Grand Oaks Wedding ~ Cartersville Wedding Photographer

Leah and Zack had a beautiful wedding at the Grand Oaks House in Cartersville, Georgia. The Grand Oaks House is a beautiful venue with lots of antiques and a lush garden which provides a beautiful backdrop. Leah was breathtaking in her lace wedding gown! Their wedding was planned to suit them perfectly - fun and lively! Bluegrass Music was provided by The Old Mill Road Band.  Zack and Leah's colors were Georgia Peach and Carolina Blue. To add to the excitement - they made a peach pinata full of candy for the kids. Brent and I setup a photobooth to give the guest yet another fun activity. It might have been one hot Georgia Summer Day but it was wonderful!

Leah & Zack - thank you for allowing me to be part of your day! They always say you should marry your best friend - and I do believe y'all did. I wish you many more years full of love and happiness!
