Sam & Nick's Little White House Wedding ~ Key West Photographer

Sam and Nick are your classic high school sweethearts! They started dating in 11th grade and stayed together during their college career at the University of Florida. Once you have experienced the beauty of the Florida Keys - you can understand why the two of them had to be married in their hometown of Key West. Sam and Nick had a beautiful navy and yellow wedding at Truman's Little White House in the heart of Key West. All of their friends and family pitched in to make their day extra magical by contributing the floral arrangements, music, food, and other details. Nick's brother owns Krawl Bar in Key West helped with a tap setup to use with Nick & Sam's custom pint glasses. Florida Keys Party Rental did a great job setting up the tent and dreamy lighting that gave the wedding a really elegant feel.  I owe a very special Thank You to the fabulous Kelly Fowler from Just Save the Date for referring me to Sam & Nick! It's always fun to be able to work with vendors I love....

After the sun went down - the Bridal Party and Fabulous Mother of the Bride hit the dance floor!! Tent weddings make for fun photos with great lighting!

Jennifer & William's White Columns Wedding ~ Milton Wedding Photographer

Jennifer & William had a beautiful summer wedding at White Columns Country Club. Despite a little July rain, the two of them had a lovely outdoor ceremony followed by a lively reception. The lime green and pink color scheme really popped against the backdrop. Jennifer - another pinterest addict - had a lot of beautiful details. My favorites included their fingerprint tree guest book and their fabulous & colorful glow stick exit...

Little Elisabeth is 3 Months Old ~ Norcross Photographer

Last week I had my first session and first wedding consult in the new studio! Little Elisabeth was my lucky guinea pig. She was such a happy client and was easy to work with. I love her in the aqua lace romper!!

Aubry & Jeremy's Peachy Anniversary ~ Fayette Wedding Photographer

Last June I had the pleasure of photographing Aubry and Jeremy's wedding at Dunaway Gardens. They decided to do a first year anniversary session. We decided on doing a first anniversary inspiration session which takes Brides & Grooms back to the places that either inspired their wedding or the places where their wedding was held. It is a great way to bring back memories of the wedding and all the planning that went into it. Aubry and Jeremy asked me to do their 1 year anniversary session at Gregg's Peach Farm in Concord, Georgia. Gregg's Farm is a few miles from their home and is a place they frequent in the summer when Peaches are in Season. It was the major inspiration for their Peach Themed Wedding! Aubry's colors were Peach & Blue with pops of green. As a wedding favor, the Storms had peaches for their friends and family to take home. We used the same buckets as props that held the peaches they gifted last year. At their wedding they also had Sweet Tea (the preferred drink in the South) so we wanted to include it somehow into the session. We decided to create a peach stand in the middle of peach farm that sold peaches, sweet tea, and peach ice cream. I brought along my mason jar mugs, glass pitcher, and straws to help create a fun little stand. Gregg's farm is known for its yummy homemade peach ice-cream so we had to include it too! It was a warm summer day but so much fun! The 1st anniversary gift tradition is paper. Why not do a fun anniversary shoot and then make it into a book to remember it all by??

Claire & Scott's Opelika engagement session ~ Alabama Wedding Photographer

I met Claire and Scott in the Historic District of Opelika on what seemed to be the hottest day of summer. Engagement sessions to me are the best because I really get to spend some quality time getting to know the bride and groom. However, we all agreed to keep this session really short! In just 30 short minutes, we wrapped up their session but it only takes a minute or two to see how these two adore each other. Being able to capture two people in love with all their happiness and emotion is truly the best part of my job! Plus getting to hang out with lots of awesome clients...

Doesn't Scott's profile and smile look very similar to that of Ryan Gosling's?

I'm looking forward to their August Wedding at Fox Hall Sporting Club! It's going to be a fun one for sure!
