Robyn and Chris chose Anges Scott College as their
engagement session location since Robyn is currently employed there. I had
never seen the campus since I don’t find myself in Decatur that often. I was immediately
inspired by the beautiful architecture that the campus has to offer. Plus, you couldn’t have asked for a more
beautiful Fall morning in Atlanta! I'm looking to their March 2013 wedding! Hope you enjoy a sneak peek from their
session….

North Georgia Fair: Fun Sessions ~ Marietta Photographer
For a few years I've been drooling over the opportunity to take pictures at a fair or carnival but timing just never worked out. This year, I put the North Georgia Fair Schedule in my calendar back in March so I could plan accordingly! Getting to ride the rides, play games, and eat junk food - super fun! I loved the colors and ride lights. To make it even better - I got to catch the last few song of Sara Evan's performance. Although harder than I anticipated (tons of people and tricky light) capturing fun memories at the fair was awesome - I would totally do it again! Who's next?
First up, The Jednaszewskis. I just love taking pictures of Natalie - that girl has a ton of personality! She was a little scared of the rides at first but warmed up to them real fast!
Caity & Ryan were my next subjects! They are the cutest couple ever.

The line for the ferris wheel was a mile long so we decided to skip and just finish the night with some photos in front of it!
And finally - Sara Evans! Love her!

The Greenbaums: Mother's Day Surprise Session
The week before Mother's day I got a Facebook message from my girlfriend Sheila's daughter Emily. She wanted to do something really special for mom by getting pictures of the 4 children taken! Luckily, I'd been focusing so much on finishing the studio and prepping for my weddings that I haven't been booking sessions during the week. So Wednesday before Mother's day, we headed out to my favorite field in what was the gloomiest morning ever! We had just about an hour before the ran kicked in and we were able to get in enough shots to surprise Sheila with some beautiful images of her babies! I couldn't have thought of a better gift myself....Sheila - you have raised one thoughtful and amazing daughter! But ladies - next time try to book a little more in advance!!! xoxo
I love this last one.... reminds me of a DR SEUSS movie!

Occasions Magazine February Event ~ Atlanta Wedding Photographer
Each month Occasions Magazine puts together a networking event for all the amazing people in the wedding/event industry. Luckily, I had the opportunity to photograph February's LOVE themed event at 103 West. The food was amazing and 103 West is a lovely space for special events. The decor by Let's Celebrate really set the ton as fun and flirty. Here are a few photos from the night...
Captain Jack kept everyone smiling throughout the night!
The fabulous ladies from Occasions Magazine!
This last one is one of my favorites...check out the socks!
Special Thanks to all of the February Vendors for helping pull the event together!
